Andy's introduction to the hot tub industry came via the servicing side, previously working for one of the UK's largest importers of American hot tubs. It was from this introduction and his factory based training, that he went on to set up the service side of several of the leading brands in the UK today including Dimension One Spas, Softub, Saratoga and Marquis, before setting up Affinity Spas with Rita in 2005.
